This trend is made possible by Artificial Interlligence(AI) which means we can communicate technologically with our senses-visually, with gestures or orally (Iliyanastareva, 2019). This trend allows people to communicate digitally with various ,method and it improves search results. For example you can now use Google Images search whereby you can search for something by just showing it on camera and Google directs you to the search results.

4.Virtaul Assistants(Chatbots)

This trend is whereby you are helped by automated robots instead of a representative person. Virtual assistants are there to improve customer experience and help companies to control messaging traffic (Digital Doughnut, 2019). For example if you have a problem installing a software and you go to Microsoft website to ask for help, you can get a chatbot which will show you solutions to FAQ questions if your problem is one of them and if not it can direct you to a representative person.

5.Live Interaction videos

This is a trend where a business or person can start a live video online to communicate with users or followers. It offers engagement which is in real time while it is free(can be used with data but not paid for) and effective (Digital Doughnut, 2019). For example Mercedes Benz can start a live YouTube video for the premiere of their new car easily. Live videos take short period of time to produce which is advantageous for users and producers of the software.
